Which currencies can I convert between?

Can I lock a rate before converting?
Yes. You can hold a quoted rate for a window so a booked conversion settles at the agreed number, which helps when timing a larger treasury move.

How is this different from a plain payout?
FX & transfers sits on your Business Account balances — convert and move between your own currencies, then transfer out. It shares the same rails as Credible payouts.
